365 Card Challenge - Label It!
Todays challenge is all about labels. Pam wants us to use a label of any kind on our card.
I knew what I wanted to do I just needed to find the clipart. I have a clipart program so I went in search of open hands. I found an image that I could use but it looked like an old person's hands. I continue to look but found nothing that was suitable so I decided to go with the first one. In PSP there are filters that I could use to help give the hands a youthful appearance. I have not tried it before but I thought what the hey. It worked! I wanted to use the image of the open hands to hold a heart. In PSP I have a picture tube of a glass heart, courtesy of michelepaintshop.com. I place the heart in the hands and added depth. I used a gray gradient for the background so the hands would stand out, then I added the text. Now for my label. In the clipart program I found an image of a label that said fragle handle with care...perfect. We are on a roll now! I position the label on the heart just where I wanted it and applied the layer as an overlay so it would look like it was actually stuck to the heart. The card is done and the challenge has been met!
Someone sent me an email asking if I actually made the card and I had to laugh. For you non-believers you can see the elements I use to make the card here!!

Wow...great work...I'm sooo not techie :) Fabbie job on the label challenge!!!
a wonderful card, Jaggs! I admire anyone with the ability to play in Photoshop. It's definitely a massage of the brain cells. I know just enough to get myself in trouble. But have enjoyed doing hybrid work on occasion. Nicely done today and I like that label!
